Privacy Policy
This page exists to book consultations, and this notice covers what happens to the information you give it.
What we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, budget range, what you need help with, and your project description. We also record standard advertising attribution values sent with your visit, such as the Google click identifier and campaign parameters, along with the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and the IP address and country your connection resolves to. We do not ask for, and this page does not collect, any sensitive personal information.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, to schedule your consultation, and to contact you about it by phone or email. Attribution values are used to measure which advertising produced genuine enquiries, so we can stop paying for the advertising that does not. Your IP address is recorded with the enquiry so we can tell a real submission from an automated or fraudulent one. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.
Who else sees it
Your submission is passed to the services that run this page: our hosting provider, an automation service that files the enquiry into our own tracking sheet, and Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement. Each processes the data on our behalf. Nobody else receives it, and it is never sold or traded.
Cookies and measurement
This page loads Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies used to measure advertising performance and to recognise a returning visit. You can block or delete these in your browser settings; the form works either way.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to the address below and we will action it. We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to follow up and to measure the advertising that produced them.
